Structural Risk Assessment

We work primarily with UK property owners, managing agents and dutyholders, helping them understand and manage structural risk within occupied assets.

Structural Consultancy

Broader structural engineering support for existing buildings, including inspections, investigations, and remedial advice.

This includes services such as external fire escape and staircase assessments, RAAC-related consultancy, and targeted structural reviews arising from Building Safety Act duties or asset management needs.

Structural Risk Assessment
vs. Condition Survey

Many Higher-Risk Building dutyholders already hold condition surveys or historic structural reports. While valuable for asset management, these do not meet the Building Safety Regulator’s expectations for a Structural Risk Assessment.

A Structural Risk Assessment is a risk-based, safety-focused assessment, prepared by a competent chartered structural engineer, and forms part of the evidence required to support a Safety Case Report and Building Assessment Certificate application.
